At Freeland Family Farms, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality dairy products and baked goods that are crafted with care, tradition, and a commitment to excellence.
We are proud to collaborate with Zach Batista, owner of Batista Family Farm, for our dairy products and veteran farmer Ron Cooper of Rosie’s Ranch for our juice products to serve veterans and support our local communities across Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties.
Amber Freeland and Zach Batista, both of Portuguese heritage, are passionate about preserving and sharing their cultural roots. We hope to share the richness of our Portuguese traditions from our farms to your table.
A Portuguese Azorean muffin. Unlike English muffins that have a very airy crumb with nooks and crannies, bolos levedos lack big air pockets and have a softer texture due to their higher egg and butter content. Bolos levedos also have a higher sugar content.
